1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the DNAi website (dnai.network), the purchase of BM05 AirDream hardware, and the use of the DNAi digital ecosystem, operated by MILLION FAITH LIMITED. ("we," "us," or "our"). 1.2 By accessing our site or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in technology or regulatory requirements.
2. E-COMMERCE & HARDWARE SALES
2.1 Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and credit verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud or shipping restrictions. 2.2 Pricing & Payment: We use Shopify Payments to ensure secure transactions. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order. 2.3 Shipping: Hardware is dispatched from our Hong Kong hub. Estimated delivery times are provided in our Shipping Policy. 2.4 Returns: Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of sleep-wearable sensors, returns are subject to the specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
3. ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY & DATA SECURITY
3.1 Privacy-First Architecture: DNAi utilizes Decentralized Ledger Technology and Zero-Knowledge Machine Learning (zkML) to ensure the highest level of privacy and immutability for user-owned neural data. 3.2 Data Ownership: Users retain full ownership of their biometric information. Our platform serves as a secure gateway for data management and encrypted storage. 3.3 Encryption Keys: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any Digital Identity (DID), encryption keys, or account credentials used to access advanced App features. We cannot recover lost private keys.
4. SERVICE LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS
4.1 Non-Medical Device: The BM05 AirDream is a wellness device designed for sleep optimization and bio-feedback. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure clinical sleep disorders. 4.2 Technical Risks: As our Services leverage emerging technologies, users acknowledge that system availability may be subject to technical updates or network-wide events beyond our control. 4.3 Jurisdictional Compliance: Certain advanced features may be unavailable in specific regions due to local regulatory frameworks. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the Services complies with local laws.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & GOVERNING LAW
5.1 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service. 5.2 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. 5.3 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be settled through the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in English-language proceedings.
